What kind of photo do you need?
One clear photo where you can see your pet's face. Daylight is your friend — a picture taken near a window or outdoors gives us far more to work with than a dark or blurry one. A normal phone photo is absolutely fine. If the photo you send will not give you a portrait you would be happy with, we will tell you and ask for another rather than pressing on.
How long does it take?
Around 24 hours from the moment your photo comes through. If we are unusually busy or we need a better photo from you, we will let you know where it is up to rather than leave you guessing.
How is the portrait delivered?
Digitally, by email, as a high-resolution file. There is nothing to post and no delivery charge. You can print it at home, send it to a print shop, use it as a gift, share it, or set it as your phone or desktop wallpaper — it is yours to use.
What if I am not happy with it?
Reply to the email and tell us what is not right. A real person reads it, and we will remake the portrait for you. We would far rather redo it than have you left with something that does not look like your pet.
Can you do more than one pet?
Yes. We can include more than one pet in the same Pet Splash style. Choose the pet count on the portrait page, or get in touch first if you have a bigger household.
Do you send a printed picture?
