What kind of photo do you need?

One clear photo where you can see your pet's face. Daylight helps a lot. A normal phone photo is fine. If your photo will not give you a portrait you would be happy with, we will ask for a different one rather than press on.

When will I get it?

In around 24 hours, by email. If we are unusually busy or we need a better photo, we will tell you where it is up to.

Is anything posted to me?

No. Pet Splash portraits are digital, which is why they arrive in around 24 hours instead of a week, with no delivery charge.

What if I do not like it?

Reply to the delivery email and tell us what is not right. A real person reads it and we remake the portrait for you.

Is the picture on this page my portrait?

No. The pictures show the costume style. Your portrait is made from your own photo, keeping your pet’s face, coat colours and markings.

Can I have more than one pet in costume?

Yes. Choose two, three or four pets above and add one photo per pet. They appear together in one portrait, all in this costume.
